I am a nurse, needless to say I spend all day on my feet. No matter how much I spend on shoes and compression socks, it is inevitable that my feet will ache to some degree when I get home. Likewise, my significant other is a construction worker and experiences extreme soreness in his shoulders pretty much every day. I actually ended up getting this product as a gift from pevonia and picked up the box one day when I got home from work. Right after I showered, I put some on my feet and threw some socks on. I went from having tired, achy feet to literally feeling like I didn't have feet anymore. I couldn't believe how relieved they felt! Although it was a battle to get him to try it, his shoulders were tension free after using it, which he hasn't had in years. Over time with this product, he began having a noticeably more relaxed posture and was a lot less stiff when moving his arms to do normal, daily things. Sometimes the bottle goes missing and I find it on his nightstand! Needless to say, I got another one that I keep in my work bag. Now we have a bet on who is going to go through the bottle first! Such a great product and I'm genuinely surprised at how much of a difference it made. In my experience, what I have seen for maximal results is massaging the area when applying the product. To me, this started relaxing my feet prior to the onset of this gel working and helped to really allow the product to sink into my skin! The smell is so refreshing and the consistency is great. You do not feel gross after & like you need to shower to get it off (this is how I used to feel after icy-hot)

My mother and I did a grand tour of Scotland/England for 19 days. At about the midpoint in our very walking-heavy, foot-sore voyage, we stopped in Bath to try the Thermae Spa. I had a massage which used the Pevonia massage lotion, and the masseusse also used the Tension Relief Gel on my feet. I have very sensitive soles which don't liked to be touched, and by that point, I was suffering from over a week's worth of acute planar fasciitis (inflamation of the sheath covering the tissues on the soles of the feet, beneath the skin). It made walking painful, it made standing still for any length of time agonizing, and it made stopping walking after several minutes' worth excruciating to endure. But when she applied this gel, it was instantly soothing, I could stand her massaging my normally sensitive but now extremely touchy soles...and within minutes, I could feel a good portion of the pain and inflammation fading. For the next six hours (3 admittedly spent mostly floating around in the spa waters), my feet were bearable to walk on, even after I had rested off them for several minutes and had to start walking again. So on our way out after the 3 hour mark, I made sure to buy a bottle of this stuff. (And yay, at 50ml/1.7oz, it goes through airport security just fine!) 15 pounds is actually kinda spendy-sounding when you translate it at the then-current exchange rate of about x1.68 into U.S. dollars, but you really only need a tiny amount. I used per foot the pea-sized glob recommended for toothpaste. It spreads far, it soothes well, and you just rub it in until it vanishes. It's not very sticky when it gets absorbed, it does absorb fairly thoroughly and reasonably quickly, and it lasts for hours. Despite its small size, the bottle has many applications tucked into it. I easily have another dozen both-feet applications left, and I've been using it a lot. I applied it to my own feet & my mother's feet on our trip (for the remaining 10 days), my feet and my roommate's feet after I got back (she attended some walking-heavy conventions and weekend events that left her footsore afterwards), and each time this stuff has worked magnificently. My roommate in particular was amazed at how good her feet felt immediately, and how great they felt 10 minutes later, when she finally felt she could get up and stand on her feet--and without having to hobble in pain. The smell is a bit strong at first, since it has eucalyptus and menthol in it, but eventually fades as the gel is absorbed into the skin, and is pleasant despite its strength, if you don't mind either of those scents. By the end of my UK trip, I was applying it twice a day (it does not cure planar fasciitis!), but it got me through a very long, walking-heavy visit, all the way through the airport queues, and all the way home. I am not the sort to invest in toiletry items, cremes, lotions, whatnots...but I will definitely be buying more of this. Preferrably before it runs out...but I swear this little bottle is practically magical; I have no idea when it will actually run out. Just store it cap-down (as the label on the bottle reads correctly this way), and you'll never lack the ability to squeeze one more dollop out, seemingly.

I love pevonia and usually, i do not have any troubles with ordering. this time I only rec'd one set of the product I ordered. I called and was told the remaining set would be on the way. it has been over 10 days and still do not have it. I am disappointed.

Tension Relief Gel is amazing. I was in a car accident and hurt my neck. I carry this gel with me and use it frequently!

Camphor is very soothing. TRG also softens sore feet
