Skincare for Dry Skin

Ceramides may help support barrier function, and if you're looking for an exfoliant, lactic acid is a milder option that promotes smoother-looking results.

Start with a balm or cream-based cleanser for a gentle wash, followed by a serum packed with humectants like hyaluronic acid.

Apply moisturizer to help lock in the benefits of your regimen. Look for formulas that include elements such as shea butter, ceramides, and glycerin, and remember to finish with SPF to protect your skin. 

When it comes to dry skin care, studies suggest that moisturizing twice daily, once in the morning and once at night, is most effective.

Then, seal in your regimen with a rich moisturizer and finish with SPF for daytime protection.
