Pevonia Skin Society Rules & FAQs
You will automatically be enrolled in our loyalty program when you create a new Pevonia account or log in to an existing account. This means you don’t need to sign up separately to earn Pevonia Rewards.
• Earn Reward Points with every Pevonia purchase. Simply log in to your account before placing an order and receive 1 point for every $1 spent, with the earning rate increasing as you move up through the loyalty tiers.
• Your cumulative points balance builds and automatically assigns you to each new tier once the threshold is met, each tier has unique benefits to redeem and enjoy.
• Other ways to earn points are described on this page.
1. Log into Your Account and head to the Pevonia Skin Society section. You’ll be able to see the points available to redeem. Note that it may take up to one week to see points after your order has shipped.
2. Select an amount you wish to redeem.
3. The credit you’ve chosen is then added to your account.
4. Shop away and make sure to apply the credit at checkout before you submit your order!
Note: Your points expire after 1 year. And once your points are converted into credits, you can use your credit for up to 90 days, after which it will expire automatically. Your points, will be available to use 1 week after purchase.
Important:
· Your points expire after 1 year, be sure to redeem them by converting them to credit before they expire.
· Once converted to credit, you have 90 days to use the credit before it expires.
· Once points convert to credit you cannot convert them back into points.
· A credit cannot be applied to an order after the order has been submitted.

Follow these steps to check your points:

Log in to your Pevonia account using your email address

Select "Pevonia Skin Society" from the menu under "My Account"
Rewards Points are earned on every Pevonia purchase. As points accumulate you will be eligible to move to the next tier.
You need a certain number of points to reach each tier:
Tier 1 - Radiant Member (0-199)
Tier 2 - Lumière Member (200-499)
Tier 3 - Sanctuary Member (500-1199)
Tier 4 - Extraordinaire Member (1200+)
On the 12-month anniversary of joining a tier, we review the points you earned during that period. Depending on your total, you may move down one or more tiers. Point expiration or redemption does not affect your tier status.
Please allow up to one week after your order has been shipped for your points to appear on your account. If they have not appeared after a week, please Contact Us and our dedicated team will investigate.

Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact our team to help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase or your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase you later return will be deducted from your point balance.

I should have earned points for a purchase or bonus action, but I didn’t see my account balance change. Did I get credit?
Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account. However, if you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tips:
Try to refresh your browser.
Try to log out and then back in to your account.
Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added after trying the methods above. Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?
We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.
The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.
We recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.
If you are still having problems using the email referrals, we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
