How to use:
1. Prep the skin. Cleanse and apply a serum, face oil, or moisturizer to the skin before you use the roller.
2. Roll gently. Avoid tugging on skin so you don't irritate it. Aim for 10 to 20 strokes on each section of the face.
3. Roll from the center of the face outwards. Lymphatic drainage is located on the sides of the face. Rolling fluid away from your face and toward the lymph nodes will naturally stimulate the system to drain the fluid.
4. Follow your contours. For best results and skin health, be gentle and move in the direction of your face's natural contour. For the jaw and cheek area, roll slightly upward.
