Pevonia Return Policy

Pevonia® will accept returns or exchanges for any unopened or gently used product(s) purchased on that is returned within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service. Return acceptance (for refund or exchange) is at the sole discretion of Pevonia. Refunds will be provided in the form of a store credit for the equivalent amount of the product purchase price. Your store credit can be redeemed with any future purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow these easy steps:

  • Email ([email protected]) or call us at 1-800-PEVONIA (738-6642) to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please reference your original order and note the items that you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with an RMA number (valid for 30 days from issue date).
  • Pack the item along with the original order documents. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Once you follow the above steps, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 21 days of receipt.

When returning a Duo set, Full Regimen, or Skincare kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund.

Only items purchased on will be accepted for a return. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer to arrange for a return or exchange.

* Shipping Rules. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the following shipping restrictions. All purchases from are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Your full cooperation in any claim filing with carriers will be required in order to replace damaged and/or lost shipments. orders can only be shipped to the continental U.S. (includes AK & HI) to a valid address. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses nor freight forwarders. Orders that do not comply with these rules will be cancelled and refunded.
