As of March 26th, 2020, UPS has suspended their service guarantee for all shipping services, including expedited shipping. Pevonia is not responsible for missed delivery dates.

All offers are limited to one per customer. Minimum order requirements are after discounts and do not include taxes or shipping. No adjustments to prior purchases. Offers may not be combined and are valid to US residents only. Other restrictions may apply. Pevonia International reserves the right to discontinue this offer without notice.

Coupon codes must be entered at checkout after all requirements are met. Only one code can be used per order and cannot be combined with loyalty rewards. Codes cannot be applied to prior purchases. Codes do not apply to already discounted products, trial sets, spa boxes or gift sets. Codes are not valid on orders with a subscription added regardless of your non-subscription total. Please remove subscriptions before applying your code. Any subscriptions in your order will void the coupon code at checkout.

Promotional gifts are available while supplies last and contents are subject to change based on availability at the time of your order. Store credits are redeemable on your next online purchase after meeting the following requirements. You must have an online account with a valid email address to receive store credit. If you checkout as a guest you cannot receive store credit. Please allow up to 72 hours after your order has shipped for the store credit to reflect on your account. To view your store credit, login and click on your username. To use your store credit proceed to checkout first before choosing PayPal. If you choose PayPal first you will bypass your store credit.

Save 10% on products when you subscribe. Free shipping on subscription orders over $75 in the contiguous United States only (excludes AK & HI). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time, excluding weekends and select holidays. Processing and shipping time may vary between 2-15 business days, depending on where your item is shipped to and the delivery option. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, processing times may vary. All products are shipped F.O.B., point of origin. All purchases from Pevonia.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss & title shall transfer to the Buyer upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative, or common carrier. The cost of any special packing or special handling caused by Buyer's requirements or requests shall be added to the amount of the order. If Buyer causes or requests a shipment delay, or if Pevonia ships or delivers the products erroneously because of inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by Buyer or its agents or employees, storage and all other additional costs and risks shall be borne solely by Buyer. Claims for products damaged or lost in transit should be made by Buyer to the carrier, as Pevonia’s responsibility ceases upon tender of goods to Buyer, Buyer's representative or common carrier. Pevonia will provide proof of delivery upon request. Pevonia.com orders can only be shipped to the continental U.S. (includes AK & HI) to a valid address. We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses nor freight forwarders. Orders that do not comply with these rules will be cancelled and refunded.

Pevonia Normal Hours of Operation
We are open Monday thru Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time except for the following holidays and annual closure days as outlined below. If a holiday falls on Saturday, we will be closed on the Friday before. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will be closed on Monday, the day after.

Pevonia Annual Holiday Closure
Pevonia will be closed between Christmas Day, December 25th and New Year's Day, January 1st. We'll be back in the office January 2nd and shipping usually resumes by January 4th. If the dates fall on a Saturday or Sunday please refer to the paragraph above.
