After the holidays, I must admit that my skin looks less than glowing. Why? Mainly because I am already genetically prone to breakouts and I ate WAY too much unhealthy food. Secondly, I drank anything BUT water. I don't know why I do it to myself, but my big New Year's resolution is to eat healthier and drink a lot more water.

 Can anyone drink and eat what they want...and still have glowing skin? I am very interested to know.

Christmas time is here, and let’s hope Santa doesn’t bring me any new wrinkles!! I have started using some amazing preventative and anti-aging treatments with Collagen.  Ahhhhhh Collagen! Such an amazing ingredient to have in a skin care product!  Not only does it help to strengthen my skin, but it also “plumps up” any of my fine lines and wrinkles, so I’m on my way to looking younger in a matter of weeks!
